supporting our customers. At first glance one may think new
installations are limited to mounting some cameras and running
wire to connect them to a recording device. While it's true
that these tasks are generally required, the above description
couldn't be more understated. Today even the most economical
solutions have at their heart a sophisticated networking computer
that can provide a wide range of amazing features. While
our experience and expertise are vital assets, we recognize that
technology and "whiz-bang" features alone do not guarantee success.
By educating our clients and listening to their needs, we make
sure our installations meet or exceed expectations while offering
competitive pricing and unmatched value.

of cameras, video server (to record, archive, and playback video),

session to make sure the
customer is knowledgeable

• Documentation
for your equipment. We go one step further and will not
only supply
factory
documentation, but will write our own for you where the supplied
docs fall short.
We will do our best to put ourselves in the shoes of a client, who down the road may forget
even the basics and will want a concise reference on how to perform all the necessary
tasks associated with their system.

• Because
almost all of our customers want to securely access their surveillance

over the internet,
we have expertise at installing and working with local area networks. So

course of integrating your surveillance system into your network,

for help with any pre-existing problems or making upgrades. Frequently,
problems can
be remedied quickly at no charge. If the situation calls
for significant effort,
we'll be happy
to provide a free quote.
o Miscellaneous Remote Monitoring / Home Automation
(Cool Stuff)
• The DVR
or video servers that we use to record surveillance video also
have alarm inputs
which
can be used to "sense" a variety of conditions which
in turn can trigger automated
email,
record video, sound an alarm, flash lights, etc. The range
of conditions that can
be detected
is amazing. Here are just a few--temperature, moisture (place
near a water
heater),
entry into a swimming pool, glass breaking, and even the sound
of a spray can in
a
noisy environment (to catch graffiti vandals).
• Control
power to a computer, equipment, appliances, lights etc. over the
internet. We sell
and
setup standalone power boxes that connect directly to your router/modem.
These
devices
have a built in website that can be securely accessed by a web
browser. Power
can
be turned on/off directly or through a pre-determined schedule.
The cost for of this
technology
is now very reasonable. |
