Aside from the fact that our business depends on customer satisfaction and word of mouth for new sales, there are a number of reasons why we want to keep you happy with your installation.  First, we take pride in our products and services.  Second, it's good business and plainly the right thing to do.  While we strive to offer the best equipment and execute each installation with the highest quality workmanship possible, it's the nature of electronic equipment that sometimes a product or component may malfunction or stop working. Therefore, we offer a warranty as outlined below.  Although it contains a lot of "lawyer talk" to protect us from abuse, the bottom line is that we want to be fair and do whatever we can to keep you happy.
Limited One Year On-Site Warranty
WattWire warrants that the equipment and hardware products it installs will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year. The term of this warranty shall start on the invoice date.  At it's sole preference, WattWire will come on site to either repair or replace defective equipment covered by this warranty,  free of charge.

We reserve the right to refuse warranty coverage on a claim by claim basis based on our judgment and discretion.  Damage caused by acts of nature such lightning, flood, earthquake, falling trees, and wildlife are not covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by faulty building wiring, vandalism, repairs unauthorized by WattWire, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

Except as stated above, WattWire makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, as to any matter whatsoever, including, and without limitation to, the condition of its products, their merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

WattWire will not be liable to the purchaser or any one else for incidental or consequential damages arising from any defect in, or malfunction of, its products.
Maintenance Contract
Maintenance contracts are available after the warranty period has expired.
